Only the 2nd or 3rd I've ever seen. You're putting together
quite a collection!

 

I BELIEVE THIS ERROR COIN IS REPROCESSED, also the roll, i am going to keep the error, but am returning the roll, both were listed as "bu steel cents" not reprocessed, so a little p-o'd!!!

Sorry it turned out that way. I was trying to decide whether or not I could see luster on the individual photos, and whether I could see the exposed steel cores on the edge-on shot of the roll.
