1934-A Hawaii $5 star note question

When i send my notes in, First i put them in a sealed plastic sleeve to protect
Them against moisture, Then i sandwich it between 2 pieces of slim cardboard
And the tape all four corners then put it in a 6x9 envelope then seal it, Last
Step is to put in a 11x14 envelope for shipping!!

Just wanted to add another piece of info, Make sure you send it registered mail
Which includes insurance!!

hello all. just got a confirmation email that the note is on its way back to me. it was Graded at Choice-VF 35. im pretty happy about it. Since this was my first submission i did not include the imaging so i cannot post pictures until i recieve the note next week. thanks everyone for your imput.
