I found this 1776-1976 Quarter. On the obverse has this like blister but it's not a blister. On the reverse it has the flame going into the stars and off centered? If someone can tell me is this a error? I wish I cooould get better pics for you because it don't look as cool in the pics.

    Not an error -

    The surfaces are environmentally damaged/corroded/similar

It’s damaged and not a mint error.

    Hello Helloo,
As stated by the others. Not a Mint Error.
Just because a coin may look strange, different or weird does not automatically make it an error. There are many ways coins can be damaged/altered.
I want to add heat damage caused the blisters you may see. Extreme heat from a flame.causes the clad over the copper core to blister.

You were right, not good photos. You should always attempt to take photos straight down so there isn't any distortion, and with good lighting. Always post "FULL IMAGE" (after uploading your photo, two buttons show: thumbnail and full image. click Full Image) so we can easily enlarge and view them. Good luck.

i would agree with Paddyman, clad coins heated up do blister. Your quarter looks like it got hot from something
