    1913 Rouble

    That's a 1913 Rouble that commemorates the 300th anniversary of rule by the Romanov family. That's what 1613-1913 on the coin means. The front has the first Czar on it on the right and (ironically) the last Czar, Nicholas II, on the left. In an XF condition, your coin is worth about $120 catalog value, although I've seen them sell realistically for anywhere between $100 and $150, depending on the condition.
