If you want us to be able to tell, you need to take a close-up picture of the word Liberty. That's where the doubling is. If you want an opinion as to real or not, that's what we need to see.

An easy way to tell is to look a the motto above the memorial, the motto will be a blur.

 

Please elaborate on this? Why would a blurred motto = DDO?
