    Hi everyone,

I am relatively new to CoinTalk, but I have been collecting for quite some time now. I have built up a little bit of experience on selling coins to make a little money. I am wondering if there are alternate ways of selling some coins besides Ebay because the fee's make most low-value coins seem impossible to make a profit out of. I have heard of USACoin, but was there any alternative sites?

Try the Buy/Sell/Trade section of this forum. Start slow and be
sure to post clear/in focus pictures of each item.

I like to post things on the sale forum here. it's hit or miss, though.

I also made an Instagram account. I was honestly surprised to see how many people are selling VIA instagram!! I convinced a friend to join too.

Post your sales (you can even buy advertising for your item), and accept payment VIA PayPal Goods & Services - the fee is a mere 3.5 percent rather than the eBay 8.? percent.

Nice to see you here, Evan Sr.
By the way, love the coins we exchanged :)

It's very good for seeing coin-after-coin photos. Much less discussion unless you want it. Lots of fun giveaways, and I've found a few local collectors.

It's very open though, and scammers are around. I don't buy without evidence of other happy customers on their profile. So I worry about that.

Instagram, Reddit, Facebook for lower value coins. GC is good too but since you mentioned lower value probably isnt a good option.

@KevinS You are NOT sounding stupid. You've asked an intelligent question. Scroll to the top and hit the "Forums" button. After that scroll down till you see "Advertising ". You have 4 topics to choose from. Make sure you read and follow the rules. If you have questions please ask us.

Ebay best online site drives most traffic. Just markup items accordingly.
