Whats the value of a Circulated Lincoln 1981 D where the Mintmark is tilting forward? Plus the alloy on the obverse and reverse has multiply vertical lines in the planchet.

Welcome to Coin Talk! Up until 1990, mint marks were hand-punched into the dies, so there will be variations in the orientations and locations of the mint marks. This is normal. As for the lines, they are probably die polish lines. Also normal and very common for the series.
