I'm not convinced that it's not post-mint damage. I was thinking die-adjustment strike at first, but the reverse would be much weaker. Given the color differential from the obverse to the reverse, I'm thinking it has been monkied with. Oh, Mike...by the way, your most recent post is against forum rules.
