What do you see wrong with this IHC?

Here's my proof 1883 IHC. The fields are nicely mirrored, and the devices sharper than the OP coin.

Look at the details in the tips of the feathers in both coins and compare. I agree that the OP coin is not a proof.

 

The rims look mint state to me, also, the fields don't look proof. I agree with others...MS RB.

 

I avoid those ANACS slabs with a 7 digit serial #.
