I thought I was done for the month already... then I was offered this pretty for a $20...
Damn my lack of resistance lol... Ahh well, already had the dollar and half in the same grade for the type set, so, i guess it works for a quarter as well :D (well that and add an extra 0 if you want the 70 lol)

Yep, solid buy for twenty bucks, I'd say.

I'll give you $20.50. That way you can make a "quick" profit! Nice!

One of these days I think we'll all wish we bought all these we could find at 20.00 each. I buy all the ones I can find that are selling for under that on auction.

    Nice!

Is that the same quarter as the one in this Bicentennial set I have?

I've been buying the sets for $15 when I see them. Got two a couple weeks ago for $25.

Yes, the 40% silver Proof quarters were only issued with that set.

So then the DCAM designation is a fortunate result of an early strike and not intentional then, correct?

Isn’t there at least $15 in silver?

I know they’re only 40% but $15 is like 3/4 troy oz and there are 3 coins.

It amazes me that the '76 three-coin sets (40%) are still very reasonably priced. We have 4 sets at an average cost of under twenty dollars. They are still out there, get them while you can. Great Christmas idea. Happy and safe holidays all.

Silver and already graded and slabbed, not bad for $20.

$20 is less than just the cost to send them in for grading. xD
