Little mystery coin

    Sometimes I buy a coin even though I don't exactly know what it is. The coin below is such a coin. I paid some 8 euros for the little mystery. Of course, it is not a complete mystery. It is an East Roman (Byzantine) coin of Justinian I. Still I have not been able to find this exact type:

    Obv.: DN IVS... NIANS
    Rev.: VIC TOR
    Measurements: 3.25g, 14mm

    What is the denomination - a pentanummi? What is the mint - is it Constantinople or was the coin minted in Italy?
