    I didn't for sure but the Liberty band looked freshly scribed and at 1/6th of most others I heard my father telling me 40 years ago if it's too good it telling you something! If it was the real thing guy got a heck of a buy for $80.00

    Huh. First time I clicked on the link, I got the eBay "item not found" page. This time, I got the completed listing.

    And having said that, this doesn't look like a very nice or high-grade example, but nothing screams "fake" at me. Isn't this price right in line for this date, raw, in this condition?

    The star points on the obverse are cut off. Other details are mushy. Fake IMHO
