My Girlfriends First coin

Hi all,

So, while looking at some teletrade auctions yesterday my girlfriend stole my computer and decided to look at the English coins, now i am not a world guy at all but she is OBSSESED with Great Britain and Queen Victoria. She accepts my hobby and likes to look at some of my coins but this really caught her eye and i could tell she liked it alot. She said and i quote "I can't believe you have me wanting to own a coin!" So i decided i'd snag this for her from teletrade. lets hope this sparks her own collecting intrest

Hehe, well I absolutely love the coin Russell! I'm very excited for it to come and to acquire the other ones in the set..thank you so much for my first coin..its absolutely awesome!! And as you know it has sparked my own collecting interest!

all i get from my girlfriend when shown the coin collection is
"so wait....we CAN'T spend this money?"

 

That is an awesome coin..from the year after they stopped making the double florins, which is what mine is..it was only made for 4 years

 

I hope you realize you have opened Pandora's Box.

LOL well right now she's gona work on her double florins so i'm safe....for now
