    I'll have to post my newest Walker as soon as I can get on my home computer.

    Really nice! Curious about the red-ish-ness on the eagle's feathers (underside feathers from center to about 2/3 oclock position)... natural tone there? contact from a mylar flip? am I seeing things? curious what you see in hand color wise. Great coin, great details too.

    I believe it was in an album or envelope for a time. The images are a lot darker than the actual coin (might need to check the white balance!) the coloring is sort of iridescent. I sent it in to the 'old' ICG about 3 years ago, just after I bought it, and they BB'd it for PVC! There actually was a little green haze on the wing, acetone took it right off. However, I don't think the PVC caused this toning. Unfortunately, the fields show signs of an old, if fairly light, cleaning-- something I was not attuned to when I bought it.

    Very nice! From here, it looks G-6+, bumping up awfully close to VG. That's a great coin.

    The doubled die is below the chin and the right breast.
    How do you feel about counterfeits? Here's one you might get a kick out of;
