1878 Morgan w/ doubling, but what kind?

    I'm struggling to distinguish what kind of doubling this is. Let me know your thoughts.

    But rarer still is that it is a 1987!

    I probably should have cited my edit, so everyone could be in on the joke. It's ok to laugh at me, with me as well. It's when your getting no response whatsoever, that is when you should be concerned.

    Anyway, how would this 1878 Morgan DDO rank in rarety? It's in maybe "F" or "VF" condition.
