Hello everybody, I'm a new member here. I came across a Greek coin, I looked for hours but couldn't find an exact one, I found similar ones so I have no clue what is it, does anybody know? I would really appreciate it. Many thanks

Its a modern fantasy piece. The obverse is based off tetradrachms of the Thracian king Lysimachos, the reverse off Syracusan dekadrachms.

A hint - below the obverse bust, it says, in ENGLISH the word "Greece." How would that end up on an ancient coin?

Without question. Any coin with modern English written on it (i.e. "Greece") is not ancient.

It might well be a commemrative medal of some kind, lets not all rush in and call it a fake :) What it is not is a coin modern or old LOL
