I am not sure if I believe his story, but it makes a lot more sense than most of the roll dealers with their ""guaranteed unsearched" rolls.

 

Hey wait, there's positive feedback for buying a pair of glasses! There's a flaw in his story! j/k lol

 

The description sounds almost exactly like another seller who sold a lot of these rolls that had IHC showing. Sounds like a marketing gimmick to me.

 

with bad eyes and all, the guy has 100% feedback, go figure.

 

This seller is one of the biggest scammers on ebay for "unsearched" penny rolls and bags. If you read his feedback, people trash him even when they leave a positive.

How anyone can show listings with Penny tubes from N.K. String & Son the same company that makes the Twist N Crimp and have over 6100 positive feedbacks just shows me that ebay doesn't care as long as they're getting their cut.

 

if they were ligit they would not use private so you cannot see the sale lots.

 

He made his items all private recently after a few negatives.
