    1967, roosevelt..would this be: partial clad layer?
    or laminated (delaminated) dime
    or split clad layer error, how exactly would i describe this one, please, and thanks

    Detached outer partial Clad Layer

    It split, looked like a clamshell,
    but then someone folded it back
    and forth, and it came off.
