it's Constantine I RIC VII Lyon 3 minted A.D. 313-314 as far as value, here is one I sold recently, though your mileage can vary.
Here’s another ancient Roman that is new to me. Would love any insight into this one as well. Ancients are not my typical area so I could use all the help I can get.
Looks to be something like: Aurelian (AD 270-275) Silvered Æ Antoninianus / Jupiter and Emperor Obverse: IMP AVRELIANVS AVG, radiate, cuirassed bust right Reverse: IOVI CON-SER, emperor standing right, holding scepter, receiving globe from Jupiter.
