Not a coin but very interesting to say the least.
I just ran across this China Silver549.jpg medal which is so brazen that I must assume it is satirical in nature. The silver plated medal is 90 mm in diameter, weighs 105.36 grams and comes with a screw on loop and neck ribbon. The obverse depicts a Chinese rocket launching which makes me think of their recent hyper-sonic missile test. The reverse features the Covid like SARS Virus under targeting cross hairs. Sars, you may remember was an earlier Chinese pandemic.

Any idea what the legends say? Or who issued it?

Might be satirical but I kinda doubt it. Seems more like an "in your face" thing like: "Not only did we conquer SARS but we also put a man in space! Beat that!"

But could also be entirely innocent.

The White Martians or the Green Martians? What can I say, I'm watching the Netflix Supergirl series. LOL

Leave it to them to issue a metal or token celebrating something terrible.

Wish I knew. Parts of the legend is the same as their coins but that doesn't prove who made it. Hope some one here can translate for us.

So if the Chinese want to take over the world, load covid on the missile and fire it everywhere.

Who needs nukes when you have a bioweapon.

    Now that's just stuffed.
