1909 vdb... Matte Proof?

This VDB has a little double die if you look inbetween the steams of the wheat you can see where it was re positioned and has a double ring line on the rim from being stamped twice. they say it not a matte proof but going to send it offf to a error expert over the wheat. do to next to the business strike it way sharper and half the rim about squared. thinking die error becuase the macro showing matte die marks and polish lines. i cleaned it it with moonshine and a a can of duster to dry it
