Your photos don't show any of the doubling or markers from the 6 SMS CONECA listings. I don't see any doubling at all. Show us where you see doubling and someone may be able to help you.
on obverse, all mottos, do not know which ddo it is, this is how it was listed, there is doubling on date, igwt, and liberty
You have the list of SMS DDO's posted earlier and you have the coin, there are only 6 to look at for SMS coins. I cannot see any doubling on what you have shown.

Where some of the letters and numbers have been narrowed, I would say MD IMO. The seller also advertised it as an error, when a doubled die is a variety with thousands struck until the die is replaced.
