1984 doubled ear?

Hard to tell from your photo, but it is positioned correctly for a 1984 DDO-001 Class IV (bottom left photo)

With those pictures, no.
Look how bad the plating blisters are all over that coin. More than likely, that's what you have around the ear too.

 

Not a very clear pic. Cant make a call on that! I believe when you find it you will know for sure. My penny was beat up but not when you see 2 ears. Clearer picture would help. Looks more of a bubble. I think there is to much spacing.
