1943 half dollar fall out of die or struck from damaged die

    Looks like coin fall out of die or coin struck from damaged die show a raised lump or cud, also look at the reverse side on top, E in STATES, this coin have lots of damage on both sides also it is bent. actual color of coin is ligher then image.

    I wonder what the half did to someone because that someone sure hated that half. What else would cause anyone to beat that much crap out of it.

    onto the street where it got run over.

    Looks like a contemporary counterfeit. Does it "ring" and what is the weight?

    I'm hoping to review this image and get beat up with facts shortly.

    But there seem to be places where it looks like it has been hammered UP. It Does have some character.

    I took this coin to pcgs certi coin dealer and he verify tha it not a counterfeit. also he conform that there is a error but because it is so beat up there is no more than melt value. thanks for taking time

    I'd love to know which PCGS certified dealer told you that. There is no error at all. It is just a totally messed up coin.
