well this is on lincoln penny 1978 with - s - my question is does this have anything to do with congress , politics?? its done very well and with M on one side and B on other of memorial? i have saved these pennys 4 at least 30 years - never saw this before- i am not good with pictures but if need be he would do it 4 me- thanks!!!
Pictures would probably be helpful here. The only thing significant I can find about 5/20/1980 is that Quebec decided not to try and attain independence from Canada on that day.
