Errors or not?

    I don't know if these might be considered errors or something else like post mint damage. The 1st coin, a Lincoln Cent looks like maybe some kind of Lamination maybe but then again I've never seen one in this kind of shape. The Quarter...I really don't know. All the indentations look to smooth for a purposeful damage. Again I don't know so that's why I'm posting this. Maybe someone who has more expertise could tell me if these are worth keeping.

    I see a damaged quarter,still 25 cents(spenders).

    i don't see a photograph of a Lincoln cent.

    I was kinda thinking the same but better to ask I guess. It looks like my Cent pics didn't post for some reason so I'm going to try it here.

    It is usually best to start a new thread for each coin you are asking about - and while you are at it, please post obverse and reverse of the coin for us to see.

    If you learn more about the minting process, it will help you use the logic, "How could it happen at the mint," to eliminate errors from PMD.
    You have a beat up, abused quarter that occurred after it left the mint, so not a mint error.
