Apparently the seller's father hoarded nearly every single nickel and dime he ever obtained. It's interesting that someone would find comfort in coin collecting like that, especially to deal with suffering through a traumatic experience...and again I'm saying this only in theory if the guy's on the level. I find coin collecting to be pretty relaxing, definitely sweeps some cobwebs out when I'm stressed. Howsabout you guys?
Dont think it's legit. Look at the other auctions, there are terms like Culls and stuff. If they were left this stuff they wouldnt know terms like that I'd think. Just MHO
I am skeptical of the story. People can say anything on the bay. Regardless of whether the story is true or not, coin collecting can indeed help a person manage stress probably as a distraction. TC
I don't buy coins from people who feel compelled to tell me the stories of their personal lives. If they need a story to sell the coin, I don't want it.
On both ebay items (other than each being exactly idential) is they spelled habit incorrectly, second line first sentence they mentioned HIS father (shouldnt it be OUR father?), can't spell minutes right? THis sounds like the spam emails that people used to get saying how they had an unknown uncle that lived in Africa and because he had an accidental death that you are inheriting $1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000
