    1st picture - upside down
2nd picture - tilted to the right

You almost got it facing where we can view it properly!

Which president does it represent? o_O

That's not a normal US Mint minted coin.
    Not a presidential coin.
Looks like bullion made by a private mint.
It's deliberately struck only on one side.

So these coins are not presidential coins? Then what are they?

They are privately minted silver bullion rounds.

One shows a President and the other 3 show Vice Presidents.. That does not mean anything. They were not minted by the US Mint.
They were made by an company other than the US Mint. They are not regular coins with a denomination. I don't know why one of them is blank.
    Do you understand?
That private Mint probably did not strike the Obverse by mistake. That's what is it called.
    A mistake.

I had a cat named Ralph when I was a little kid. Crapped everywhere but the litterbox. Sweet cat though. Thanks for the memories lol.

Start your own separate thread. You should not hijack someone else's thread.
    Pictures are needed.

Not a coin. NOT SILVER. Just plated with .999 silver; that's what the "100 MIL" means. Basically worthless.
