Here is one I'm having some trouble attrubuting. The obverse has a large portrait of the emperor, and the reverse has a helmeted Victory holding a baby/doll while standing in front of a ships prow. The mint is SIS Sisicia (sp) I believe.

    Any Help would be appreciated.

I am a novice and know next to nothing, but does not that coin look funny? Chemically cleaned or newly made?

    OK bonedigger,
I believe this is you coin..or close to it.Constantine The Great no less! You are correct about the Siscia min.It was made between 313-15 AD.

Constantine Silvered Reduced Follis. IMP CONSTANTINVS AVG, Laureate bust right / IOVI CONSERVATORI, Jupiter standing left with Victory on globe & scepter, eagle with wreath at feet.

The "ship's prow" is an eagle and the "baby doll' is Victory...hehe
Now,a little lesson in how to find these coins.
    1) Write down any sequences of letters you can.In this case,on the reverse I could see at 7-8 O'clock, IOVICO and at 2 O'clock, SE and at 4-5 O'clock,TORI
    2)Go to http://www.wildwinds.com/
3)Click on Partial Legend Search Engine http://www.wildwinds.com/coins/findstr.html
4)type in IOVICO SE TORI (you don't even need this much info) IOVI TORI will do.
5)Scroll down the pictures until you see your coin (hopefully) In this case,it was only 9 coins down.
    TRY IT :)

"When 1700 years old you reach, look as good, you will not. Hmmmmmph"

The coin was cleaned (or more appropriately, conserved) as is common with one its age ;)
