What is going on with this coin? Cleaned or PL?

Just came across this coin, and I am uterly confused by it. Is it cleaned or is it a pl? the pics make it seem to be too good to be true...
More experienced collectors, what are your thoughts?

I sure wouldn't consider biding on it!!!.

 

First let me say I am not an expert so take my answer as an uninformed opinion........It looks harshly cleaned to me. I base that on the cloudiness around some of the details/ devices (stars ,letters etc). also seeing rub lines in front of the face and around word PLURIBUS.
Just my guess, but as a newer collector and not a big morgan guy.......I would stay away from it .

hairlines are a dead giveaway to the coin being cleaned and this one has hairlines

 

I'm not convinced that it's even real. What's going on between the arrows and wreath on the reverse?

Perhaps the CC mintmark stands for China-China

 

The coin is a garden variety fake. Not even a particularly good fake.
