Break 1-9 for a camera check

Just got this camera, so first real try at some pics. I hope this works.

On the Kennedy, hopefully you can see a nice die crack connecting the stars that span from under AM all the way to the O in DOLLAR. And a smaller one running from the E in UNITED to the A in STATES.

On the Lincoln, I don't have many examples to compare to, but this just seems different from the rest. Is this just way more detail than I'm use to seeing?

I cant really see the die crack, the pic is a bit blurry. I also just started taking pictures of coins, and have found that when I upload to photobucket and past the img code on the posts the pics are a lot larger, which helps.

 

Wow, it's really tough to get a good shot. Lighting keeps kicking my butt.

Was able to get some nice close ups, but still with lighting issues.

 

Photoscape is free and easy to use photo editing. You can adjust the white balance and it also has the round crop that works great for coins.
