Hello everyone, Got this $20.00 bill back in change and I noticed this blue mark. Just wondering was this mark made by the mint when printing this bill?

    Thank you

Probably a test mark/stamp from a bank to see if the bill was genuine.

Answered above, but one wonders what the stamp stands for.

Thank you for the link, interesting info I had no idea there were coin also called chop marks. So now have to ask is this coin considered a chop mark coin? Did some more googling and found this coin so I'm assuming my coin is considered a chopmark coin. Thanks again for the information. [IMG]
