While going through some nickels I found this,my first thought was damage.But the letter(N)is perfectly undisturbed besides average circulation wear inside of the square.There also is a die crack at the bottom right corner connecting to the neck of Jefferson,its also a Frisco.
Agreed. Looks like it was struck and afterwards that piece fell off. The IN is there just not struck like a strike through.
