Another draped bust large cent

    S-199, which is a tougher one at R.4. It is MDS, before the cud at OF

    It took me awhile to reach that conclusion. After the break through Right side of S(T) but before the Cud. Slight off center strike and wear pattern almost had me thinking a pre spike NC-3 because of the Left foot of E(S) somewhat stubbed. But it also applied to S-199.

    The crack through ED and the tilted fraction bar convinced me of S-199
