I think I ID'ed the variety correctly. I particularly like this coin because of the 360° obverse die crack.
IMO, the hints of red suggest “hints” of cleaning on a 200+ year old, lightly circulated coin. It should be fully oxidized. That said, I don’t really have a problem with the straight grade because hey, it’s a neat old copper and as long as the surfaces are stabilized, then why not? Just don’t expect a CAC sticker. For the record tho. I still like it.
Gotta love the 18 N-10 almost of them have that die crack. I have to admit though that I'm a little more partial to 1820 N-13, another Randall hoard coin.
fwiw - here's mine. In a Dansco album, not sending in for grading since I suspect it would be details coin (cleaned).
