chances are very very remote that it's real. All known coins are accounted for.

I saw one once. It was in a bullet proof case with armed guards standing next to me.

I think the reeded edge is sort of a giveaway.

Font is wrong, date style is wrong, stars are wrong, bust is wrong, arrangement of the stars on the reverse is wrong, edge is wrong. . . need I go on?

Per conder's quote, everything is WAY off. If this coin were a spacecraft, it would be Apollo 13.
"Let's look at this thing from a... um, from a standpoint of status. What do we got on the spacecraft that's good?" - Gene Kranz, flight director
The difference is Apollo 13 had many redeeming features and a happy ending. This counterfeit ? Not so much.

Chances are not merely "very remote" - they are nil. It is a very poor fake, which looks nothing like a genuine example.

Very true and it does help to know what a real coin looks like. In this case you really don't even need to based on the population of the coin. Kind of like the 1913 Lib nickel. If you "find" one it's fake.

Rule #1: If you have to ask, it is probably fake.
