Forgot to post this when I found it a week ago. Thought it was just a mad until I took a second look at the reverse.Now im thinking broadstrike yes still 10 cents either way but better than the average mad if so.
So it is not a Broadstrike. That would not allow the reeded edge to form. Have you ever heard of a Dual Misaligned Die strike? That's when both dies are misaligned
