Which is the site they direct you to... I'm betting it's the retail arm of the same company as too much is the same, from the site templates to being hosted on servers in the same block, both fronted by CloudFlare, last update was the same day, etc.
If what you want is out of stock just sign up to be notified. The email comes and you go shopping. Some don't last long. I have seen 30 sell out in a few hours.
