Can someone help me with the variety on this one please? I'm having a trouble with it. In hand I think I'm seeing a 9 over 9 it looks shifted to the right slightly but it's hard to see with all the gunk in it. HELP!!
My opinion would be a C3 or C6, but I think I also see a repunched "T" in "CENT" on the top left hook part. Great pictures. Is it possible to get closer still?
Looking at the coin again in hand it appears that what we are seeing in the "T" is just "gunk" and not a re cutting.
Nevermind about the closer pictures, although you can if you'd like. I see distinct repunching on the bottom of the 9 in two spots, doubling on the top bar of the 5, and doubling on the "T" as indicated with arrows. For variety... I'm not certain 100%, but I know some guys who would..
