I need advice in identifying a coin i have or someone who knows what it is!

Hi there, I have a old gold coin that i found amongst my great-grandfathers things and after a little bit of investigation i have come to believe that the coin comes from Israel and have seen some Herodian coins that are similar but none that are exactly it.The picture on the front is what i keep seeing in Israeli/Herodian coins in various different styles/sizes etc but none exactly
the same. The back appears to have a Laurel Chaplet around the edge of the coin with again what appears to be a picture of a man with something that i cant make out next to him and possibly a '1' underneath the picture and definitely an 'F' next to it. I have uploaded a couple of photo's below, they are not of the best quality as i had a very hard time getting even this clear!! If you any idea's i could follow, know what it is or anything, all help is greatly appreciated! Thankyou Fugel.
