Still a nice coin. That doesn't hurt it much. It's a nice late-stage die strike.

 

It's completely ok. I don't get hopeful for coins because I am a novice. It's why I post. I appreciate your eagle eyes.

 

It’s called a MAD or a misaligned die strike. Very common and not worth a premium. This is a minor one. Unfortunately I don’t have a photo of a more severe one. Maybe another member dies and could post it.

Not at all and please don’t feel that way. You’re fairly new at this and most of the members have been collecting for many years. Me, I started my interest in collecting coins when I was 6, maybe even 5 years old. That was over 60 years ago. And I’m still learning about them.
