I chuckle every time I see your husky Herakles... or should I say, adipose Alexander.
I just wish I knew who it reminded me of:

    Here's a CHONKER of mine.
Even for a notoriously large coin she is big and tips the scales at a rubenesque nearly 90 grams

I dislike the BMI scale - I don't believe it accounts for all body types, shapes, age, etc.
I am 6 feet tall and was 228lbs ten years ago.. I lost 46 lbs and was sitting at 182. My BMI told me I had to get down to 174 (or something close to that - can't recall ... but it was in the 170's). My whole family was PLEADING with me not to lose more - I looked like a stick. Anyone who knew me thought I had a terminal disease.
For me a comfortable weight is in and around 190-195.. which does not fit into the BMI scale as "normal". The struggle to stay there continues and gets more difficult as I get older...

Here's a fella that seemed to be a bit on the large side. but I don't recommend losing the weight the way he did in the end (if rumors are to be believed)

Here is an extremely heavy (and fat) Antoninian of Claudius II from my collection:

    Obv.: IMP CLAVDIVS PF AVG
    Rev.: VICTORIA AVG
    Exergue: S
    Weight: 6.25g

The flan is large and very thick. On the top of the coin you are not looking at excess surface, but the rim of the coin.

Luckily, the coin is both fat an beautiful.
