I thought it was just me, but I can't post there either. It says I can reply and post attachments, but cannot post new threads.

That particular section was first designed merely as a way for people to find commonly asked questions and answers. It was not intended for members to post there except in reply to what was already posted. Any questions you have are better posted in the appropriate section, like US Coins, World & Ancient Coins, Coin Chat etc because that's where you are most likely to get the best answers. Nobody knows evreything, but if questions are posted where people read them then you will get answers because somebody will know the answer.
WHAT? You just ruined my day. I thought I knew everything. I guess not knowing that nobody knows everything means I really don't know everything or I would have known that.
