Meow has not found anything of note in many months. But last week Meow found a Tallgrass W. And a San Antonio W yesterday. But just now, Meow has found Silver! Silver is vey hard to find CRH where Meow hunts. First post of CRHs finds in quite a while.
WWsilver! That's the cat's meow, for sure! That San Antonio needs a little acetone to remove the smutz before that sets in, I think.
Neat.. 1964, the last year for constitutional silver coins. Thanks for sharing! At times when I metal detect I find some 1965 Quarters and feel like I'm being teased by them.. I think "Oh come on, why you?"
Meow will try later to soak it, but Meow has run out if the coin juice. Will need to remember to get more at the home improvement store.
It is crazy hard to find silver CRH. Way over 10k needs to be pawed through just to find one. It is always a special day when Meow finds one. The coinstars have stopped providing the easy silver prey for the longest time.
