Coin collecting books- What's your Favorite

All depends on which series I'm searching for information on I have a favorite book for each one. For general information my favorite is the Coin World Almanac 1990 edition.

 

well, was there a large print?

I think it would be a good idea to do a large print version of the guide to the large print red books. I think.

 

I will second the ANA Grading Standards but I use it in conjunction with "Coin World's Making the Grade" I feel between the two of them, I can take any unknown series and learn a lot regarding potential wear patterns and how grade degradation occurs but they both have just a slightly different approach to grading and I think you need to consider both views to be a good grader.
