1982 LMC - Error ???

    Can anyone explain what's going on with this 1982 Penny ?? I'm stumped , please help . Thanks in advance ! :happy:

    I think it has sometime to do with a tilted die causing extra pressure on one side.
    The reverse looks normal to me, the obverse has an extra lip on the right side.

    It looks like a misaligned die to me.

    Looks like a collar die clash, or railroad rim to me.

    What you see next to Lincoln's nose is a die Clash, has the pillars of the memorial .

    I don't think so. No such overdate. Overdates ended many years before 1982 o_O
