    well, considering the pressure of the presses, it does melt the metal together, or rather fuses them

    I don't recall the exact number of bonded planchets,
    but it was about two dozen planchets.

    I just remember this one that was a fusion of 33-34 different coins.
    I seem to remember it going for around $10k maybe 10 years ago

    That 79-D Cluster above was in the group I bought - one of the better ones!
