    Hello

I’m wondering if your help me with something.I am a coin roll hunter and I have searched many quarter rolls and have seen many mangled quarters but this one looks different to me. It looks like both sides we’re not struck correctly or that was grinded off But the weird thing is the rim looks like it’s almost all copper. Can anybody chime in maybe a Planchet error ?

It's one of those coins we hear too often clanking around for a year or so in a dryer at the public Laundromat.

Totally PMD for some reason. Either on purpose or by accident. Not an error on the mints part, just an error from a human.
