Hey everyone . I was looking at my Quarter collection and noticed this on the bottom of George's Neckline . Die Break or Die Crack ?? Is a common area ? Thanks in advance .:)
Also, notice behind the Eagles neck. Die crack ?

Images shot at an angle are not easy to understand. The coin and the lens need to be flat with each other. Angle shots leave half of the coin out of focus and jack up the lighting.

Simple die cracks are not considered an error. They are just the result of a worn die. Some people like to collect them, but they are not worth more than face value.

    As said above by Chris.
Die cracks do serve as die markers for certain variety's and labeling the die stage

Die cracks? I see no die cracks. I see another collar die clash. You seem to find a lot of them. LOL
