Graded by the top two maybe, raw no way!!

 

Ngc & Pcgs would body bag it . but if were to 92-D Close my pocket change I would send it to Icg or Anacs

It is crap! It also looks like it has been "shined" up too. If it was real and with the condition, I would only offer 500 bucks at the most even if I was interested in it. JMO

When they TPG Ngc & Pcgs won't grade and charge you for looking at it.but now both have stop body bagging. Ngc has a other label that detail clean & put a grade on the coin
Pcgs has also started doing the same but the only one I seen have Genuine on the label
